Northern Traditions

Gwendolyn Toynton, Editor

Norther Traditions, edited by Gwendolyn Toynton, Primordial Traditions LtdNorthern Traditions is a new publication edited by Gwendolyn Toynton, and contains a collection of material from both Traditional and contemporary sources, encompassing a viewpoint that is intended to be both scholastic and for the spiritual practitioner.
Of all the spiritual Traditions which encompass the globe, perhaps one of the most over looked is perversely the one which is closest to us in the occident; namely the indigenous Traditions of Northern Europe. The fact that the average person’s knowledge of the cultural forces that helped to shape the course and facets of European history falls well below the margin of acceptability, casts a grim shadow over the history of the Western world.
As a publication Northern Traditions hopes to awaken the dormant fires of heritage within the cultures of Northern Europe.
